Terms apply to all guest users on the First Wok website where applicable.

Welcome to First Wok’s official online ordering website. These terms of service apply to the entire website and the store located on 295 Princeton-Hightstown Rd, West Windsor NJ 08850 unless specified otherwise. When you create an account on firstwokprincetononlineorder.com you agree to these terms. 

These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and First Wok and its affiliates, which we may refer to as “we”, “us” or “our” regarding your use of the platform.

Our Terms may change. We may update these Terms to make necessary changes. If changes were made, you will be notified on the platform. Email notifications will also be sent to alert users of the Terms changes. Please read through the changes carefully. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the platform. If you continue to use the platform after we had notified you of the changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms, to the extent of applicable law.

Terms of Sale. By making a purchase with First Wok, you also agree to the New Jersey Terms of Sale including any taxes and fees. 

Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy details about data collection, the use of personal information and applies to your use of the platform.

User Accounts. When you register an account with us, please make sure of the following:

 – Your information is current and accurate. 

 – Do not register more than one account.

 – Do not register on the behalf of anyone else.

 – Do not transfer ownership of your account to anyone else. 

 – Keep your login, password and other credentials secure. Do not let anyone else use your account.

 – Notify First Wok immediately of any unauthorized use of your First Wok account.  With or without permission, you are solely responsible for what happens through your First Wok account. First Wok is not responsible for any loss or activity that results from unauthorized use of your account, to the extent of applicable law.

Copyright Content.  All content on our platform including text, codes, scripts, logos, designs, images, animations, news, general artwork and other content is owned by First Wok, or others who we license content from, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws. First Wok reserves all rights described in these Terms. 

All trademarks, for example the First Wok logo, and trade names are owned, registered and licensed by First Wok. You do not receive licenses or any ownership rights to trademarks or trade names through accessing or using our platform. 

First Wok reserves the right to monitor your use of the platform, revoke or alter your access to the platform at anytime or for any reason. First Wok reserves the right to take down any content in violation of these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified, you agree not to use, copy, edit, sell/distribute, display or in any way exploit content including User Content (unless it is your own content) without First Wok’s prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the content may be considered a breach of copyright and may subject you to criminal or civil charges and penalties. 

Partners. There may be third party organizations, websites, social media or other partners that First Wok connects with, but that does not mean First Wok endorses, monitors or has any control over these Third Parties. First Wok is not responsible for the content or policies of Third Parties that you connect with. Interact with Third Parties at your own risk. 

Disclaimer: The platform or services provided are “AS IS.” There are no promises about the platforms accuracy or reliability.  There are no guarantees that the platform will be error free or that the platform is virus free. 

To the maximum extent of applicable law, First Wok is not responsible or liable for damage to your devices for accessing the platform. 

TERMINATION. First Wok may terminate or modify any User Account or Content, program, product or service at any time without notice. 

First Wok may suspend or terminate User Accounts and restrict access to the platform at any time, for any reason without liability to the extent of applicable law. 

You understand that even after termination some User Content may continue to appear publicly. We are subject to remove User Content upon request in accordance of applicable law. 

These Terms stay in effect even after termination or you have stopped using the platform.

Disputes/Additional Terms. You agree that this platform is based in New Jersey and does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over First Wok in other jurisdictions other than New Jersey.

You agree that the Platform and all Terms, Policies and any dispute between you and First Wok will be governed by New Jersey law. 

You agree that all disputes or legal proceedings between you and the platform (including but not limited to the purchasing of First Wok products) will be resolved individually, without to result in any form of class action. These Terms are exclusive to the courts of New Jersey.

Communication. By using the platform you agree to receive electronic communication via email or phone from First Wok to the extent of applicable law. Data rates may apply.

Just because First Wok may sometimes fail to enforce these Terms does not mean the Terms are waived. Users should always assume these Terms apply.  

The First Wok Service

First Wok, a local Chinese Restaurant located in the Princeton Junction area, provides professional food catering services. Our services include, take-out, indoor dining, and deliveries. We have menus for American styles, authentic Chinese styles and also Thai and Szechuan styles as well. We take special requests and work with customers to give them an unforgettable experience. 

 – Dining In. Picking a place to go out and eat can be difficult these days with so many options. What makes First Wok a great choice? We offer the complete package from a nice peaceful and ambient environment to the most authentic and one of a kind Chinese food. Our servers are trained to provide quality professional service to dine in guests. Our restaurant can seat up on 160 guests. Reservations are available and now made simple with just a few clicks. BYOB so you can pick your favorite drinks to bring with you. 

 – Take-out. In this day in age, most people are in a rush and can’t find enough time to sit down to enjoy their meal or simply just need to take out for other reasons. We offer this option for those who love our food but cannot stay to visit. Placing your take-out order is easy with just one phone call. Now with the launch of our online ordering service, this step just got a lot easier. Users can create an account and get a more personalized experience or they can checkout as guests. 

 – Delivery. Why leave the comfort of whatever you are doing and get food when you can have it delivered straight to your doorstep. We live in the age where people are just too busy to cook or pick up their food. We are here for you. Whether you pick up the phone and give us a call or place that order online, getting First Wok delivered to you has never been easier. Please note the minimum for deliveries is $25 and the maximum distance we go out is 5 miles.

 – Special Catering. Looking to book a special request with First Wok? We cater to parties and special deliveries. Call us or come on in and tell us what you need.

Safety 

 – Environmental Safety Our customers safety is our top concern. First Wok is responsible for any injuries occurring within our premises, if it was determined that the customer was not at fault. Our structures and decorations are safely secured. There is plenty of room to walk around. Areas that could cause concern are marked. Regularly inspected by certified safety authorities.

Loyalty Rewards Program

Users who register for an account are automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Users are rewarded points just for signing up with us. The rewards program is absolutely free and only benefits you. This program is exclusively linked to purchases and/or affiliates of the website. Purchases outside of the website do not count towards the Loyalty Rewards Program. Earn points by purchasing from the website or by referring your friends to purchase from us. You can refer as many people as you want. The more referrals you make the more points you can obtain. Claim a variety of rewards when you have enough points. Rewards can only be redeemed on this website. Points do not expire. 

Shipping

-Pick Ups Any user whether logged in with an account or logged out as a guest, has the ability to use this platform to place orders for pick up. Orders placed will be ready to pick up within 15 minutes unless otherwise specified (using the Additional Comment Box provided). Create an account for the ease of access.

-Delivery Users must meet certain requirements to be eligible for delivery. Orders must have a subtotal of at least $25, and the user shipping address must be within the store’s delivery range of 5 miles. Through this platform, users have the option to extend the range up to 8 miles for an additional shipping fee. To check for eligibility; register for an account or proceed to the checkout page and type in your shipping information. Delivery options are available to all users or guests who meet the minimum requirements.

Limitation of Liability.

We want you to enjoy using our website, but First Wok must protect itself from any damages. 

You agree to hold harmless, First Wok and its affiliates, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from and against all claims or liabilities arising from the Platform. You, hereby, understand and agree to release First Wok parties from any and all claims you may have relating to using the Platform.
